DOVER-FOXCROFT – Francis James Morrison, 75, husband of Betty Ann (Woods) Morrison, died May 29, 2007, at a local nursing home. He was born April 6, 1932, in St. Francis, the son of James and Ellen Morrison. Francis had worked at Pride Manufacturing and later retired from Moosehead Manufacturing. He is survived by his wife, Betty of Dexter; a daughter, Angela; and grandsons, Austin and Travis, all of Oklahoma; a brother, David John Morrison of Harmony; four sisters, Nina Morrison of Portland, Annie McKenny and husband, Charles, of Parkman, Mary Johnston of Veazie, and Ethel Morrison and Arthur Webb of Dover-Foxcroft; many nieces and nephews. He will be remembered by many friends from Pride Manufacturing, Moosehead Manufacturing, Central and Valley Granges, and the Dexter Boarding Home. Graveside services will be held at a later date at the family lot at Elmwood Cemetery, Guilford. Arrangements are in the care of Lary Funeral Home.
