BANGOR – Freeda M. Fosberg, 83, wife of the late George R. Fosberg, died May 7, 2008, at her home. She was born Dec. 8, 1924, in Lander, Pa., the daughter of Carl and Freeda (Smith) McIntyre. Freeda was an active member of My Friend’s Place and enjoyed spending time there with her friends. During her time here in Maine, she also enjoyed her time with other friends and family. She is survived by her daughter and husband, Debbie and Michael Bourgon of Bucksport; her two grandchildren, Kelly and Alex; one sister and three brothers. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by two sisters and two brothers. Visiting hours and funeral services will be held at a later date in Jamestown, N.Y., which was her home for most of her life.
