MILLINOCKET – Geraldine E. (Pelletier) Michaud-Bragdon, 87, died on Friday, Oct. 29, 2004. Geraldine was born in Millinocket on Nov. 28, 1916, the daughter of Ludger I. Pelletier, M.D. and Josephine L. (Pelletier) Pelletier Preble. She was predeceased by her first husband, Carleton J. Michaud in 1973, and her second husband, Wilbur D. Bragdon in 1996. She is survived by a foster-daughter, Pamela and her husband, Durward Brown, of Millinocket; one step-son, Donald Bragdon of South Portland; four grandchildren, Paul Brown and his wife, Melanie, of Millinocket, Mary Brown Champeon and her husband, Joseph, of Dover-Foxcroft, Shannon Bragdon and Alex Bragdon of South Portland; three great-grandchildren, Tia Tondreau of Dover-Foxcroft, and Christopher and Gabrielle Brown of Millinocket. Geraldine lived most of her life in Millinocket where she worked for the Millinocket School Department for 34 years retiring in 1978. She was a long time devout communicant of St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church. Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 1, at R. L. Bouchard Funeral Home, 11 Tamarack St., Millinocket. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Tuesday, at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church. Burial will be in Millinocket Cemetery.
