MADAWASKA – Gilman J. Michaud, 52, died unexpectedly Dec. 26, 1952, at his residence in Madawaska. He was born Aug. 21, 1952, in Madawaska, the son of Lawrence and Aline (Clavette) Michaud. In addition to his mother of Madawaska, he is survived by two daughters, Marie and Rose Michaud; by his newest pride and joy, one very special granddaughter, Jazmine Rose; seven brothers, Clifford and his wife, Marie, of Lisbon Falls, Clarence, Milford, Raymond and his wife, Marie, Paul, Robert and his wife, Francine, David and his wife, Darlene, all of Madawaska; Lewis and his wife, Donna, of Machias; three sisters, Marie Marthe of Madawaska, Joan Daigle and her husband, Almon, of Terryville, Conn., Jeanine Chasse and her husband, Joseph Robert, of Connor TWP. He was predeceased by his father and by one brother, Janel. A Christian prayer service will be held at the Daigle Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Friday, Friends and relatives may call at the Daigle Funeral Home from 1 p.m. until time of services on Friday. Interment will be in the parish cemetery in the spring.
