MATTAWAMKEAG – Glenn W. Orr Jr., 46, passed away March 29, 2008, at his home. He was born Dec. 15, 1961, in Detroit, the son of Glenn W. and Barbara J. (VandeWater) Orr. Glenn served his country as a member of the Naval Reserve. He worked for Clay GMC-Chevrolet, Lincoln Center, for a while and most recently was employed by Terry Thompson of Mattawamkeag. He is survived by his step-father, Wilbur Stickel of Oakdale, Conn.; his siblings, Gregory W. Stickel of Arlington, Mass., Emilie Strycharz and her husband, Nate, and their children, Maxwell and Teagan, of Portland, Conn., and Robert Stickel and his wife, Peggy, of Columbia, Conn.; three uncles, Willard VandeWater of Detroit, John VandeWater and his wife, Sandy, of Marietta, Ga., and Stephen VandeWater and his wife, Katie, of Beverly Farms, Mass.
