GRACE G. STEVENS LINCOLN – Grace (Gerry) Stevens, 83, wife of the late Harland E. Stevens, died Aug. 16, 2004, at an Ellsworth health care facility. She was born Sept. 8, 1920, in Lincoln, the daughter of Harold and Grace (Rushton) Gerry. Grace enjoyed knitting and cooking. She loved the ocean and lighthouses. She was a member of the Lincoln Congregational Church. She is survived by a son, Bruce Stevens and his wife, Laura, of Torrington, Conn; a daughter, Sue Andrews of Bangor; four grandchildren, Shannon and Nicholas Stevens, Lindsay Lenfest and her husband, Sam, and Stacie Andrews-Easler and her husband, Ben Easler; three great-grandchildren, Chance Morse, Kaleb Lenfest and Darren Easler; two brothers, Clayton Gerry and his wife, Phyllis, of Lincoln, and Harold Gerry and his wife, BJ, of Medway and Arizona; and a sister-in-law, Melba Gerry of Lincoln; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was predeceased by a brother, Floyd Gerry; a sister, Faye Darling, and a son-in-law, Carl Andrews. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Lincoln Congregational Church with the Rev. Darrell Joiner officiating. Interment will be in Lincoln Cemetery.
