CONFLUENCE, Pa. – Gwenyth A. Bird, 77, died April 13, 2007. She was born July 16, 1929, in Winterport, a daughter of the late Samuel and Emma (Bowden) Butler. She is survived by her husband, D.E. Bird; sisters, Martha Alexander of Winn, Gladys Lynch of Winterport; brother, Sam Butler of Winterport; niece, Mary Jane Adams of Frankfort; and nephew, Charles Rancourt of Old Town. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday at Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, Pa. Interment at Blooming Rose Cemetery, Friendsville, Md.
