BANGOR and DEXTER – H. Edward Payne, 58, died Jan. 11, 2007. A graveside committal service, with military honors, will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, July 21, at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter, with Jeff Lewis officiating. Arrangements by Crosby & Neal, Dexter.
