BRISTOL, Conn. – Harold J. Ouellette, 68, husband of Rita (Raymond) Ouellette, died on Saturday, July 31, 2004, at New Britain General Hospital. Mr. Ouellette was born March 14, 1936, in Sinclair, and was a son of the late Albert and Jeannette (Daigle) Ouellette. He was raised in Sinclair and served in the U.S. Air Force. A Bristol resident for the past 32 years, his employment included White Oak Construction and General Electric before retiring in 1982. He was a member of St. Joseph Church, Bristol, Conn. Harold wished to share his gift of life by serving as an organ donor. In addition to his wife, Mr. Ouellette is survived by his stepmother, Rejeanna (Beaulieu) Ouellette of Sinclair; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Steven and Meg Ouellette of Bethel, Robert and Lisa Ouellette of Burlington, and Michael Ouellette of Annapolis, Md.; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Elizabeth and Philip Draper of Burlington, Sherry Ouellette of Florida, and Michele and Louison Rodrique of East Granby, Conn.; three brothers, Albert Ouellette Jr. of Kensington, Conn., Roger Ouellette of Clearwater, Fla., and David Ouellette of Sinclair; three sisters, Joanne Boucher and Jackie Paradis of Sinclair, and Rachel Nadeau of Middletown, Conn.; 11 grandchildren, Chelsie, Trisha, Michael-Sean, Zachary, Carlye, Rhianna, Chantal, and Shane Ouellette, Matthew and Alexander Draper, and Alec Rodrique; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 9 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2004, from Funk Funeral Home, 35 Bellevue Ave., Bristol, Conn., to St. Joseph Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Burial with military honors will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol, Conn.
