SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Hazel Robbins Palmer, 95, of 433 Harrell Drive, formerly of Machiasport, died Friday, July 22, 2005, at Mary Black Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Palmer was the wife of the late Paul Palmer and the daughter of the late Lincoln and Millie Libby Robbins. All services will be held in Machiasport.
