LIBERTY – Heather Ann Lappin, died Aug. 21, 2004. She had many long time friends who helped through her years with Cystic Fibrosis, which included Katie, Derek, Georgia and Rick. As family requested, Peter Soule should have been listed as her surviving stepfather.
