SKOWHEGAN – Helen L. Parker, 74, died Feb. 6, 2008, at a Skowhegan nursing home. She was born Oct. 5, 1933, in Harmony, daughter of Marshall and Hazel (Washburn) Giles. She worked for many years at Sandler Shoe, Harmony. She is survived by two daughters and their husbands, Corliss and Rick Fanjoy of Dexter, and Rhonda and Brian Cyr of Plymouth, Conn.; three grandchildren, Ann Fanjoy, Nancy Pittaluga and Amy Fanjoy; two great-grand-children, Mandi and Michael Cluney; two special children, that she considered grandchildren, Mandy and Ryan. She was predeceased by her husband, Elbridge Parker; and a daughter, Laurie Parker. Graveside services will be held in the spring at Maloon Cemetery, St. Albans.
