STATEN, ISLAND, N.Y and DEXTER – Helen M. (Forte) Ianniello, 84, died Dec. 23, 2004, at the Staten Island University Hospital. She was born July 16, 1920, the daughter of Joseph and Emilia (Bolenbach) Forte. A life long resident of Staten Island, Helen worked as a seamstress in her home and was a communicant of St. Roch Catholic Church. Helen enjoyed preparing meals, decorating for holidays, and spending time with her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and home maker. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Ralph W. Ianniello of Staten Island; two daughters, Carol Cole of Dexter, and Maryann Ianniello of Staten Island; two brothers, Joseph Forte, and George Forte; and a sister, Terry Yellovich, all of Staten Island; four grandchildren, Francis Cole, and Sean Cole both of Staten Island, and Brian Cole and Erin Cole, both of Dexter; and special friend, Francis Cole Sr. of Staten Island. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 30, at the Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 61 Main St., Dexter. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 31, 2004, at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Dexter, with the Rev. Father Raymond Morency officiating. Spring burial will be in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Dexter.
