The Family Of HERBERT LINWOOD HALLORAN Our special little boy We want to thank Dr. Wood, Dr. Payne, Dr. Movious, Nurse Missy, thank you is not enough for all you did for us, and all the other nurses, Sarah, Heather and Cathy at Eastern Maine Medical Center eighth floor pediatric unit. You all were so good to our special little boy and did everything you could to save him. To our family and friends who held us up during all this. Thanks to everyone who sent flowers and really beautiful cards, it means so much to know you all care. Thanks to the 1136 unit for their pall bearers and the Hummer Herbert loved them so. Thanks to Tony for his truck and those three blasts of air horns. To Billy, the Hudson Fire and Glenburn Fire Departments for their trucks and the girls who took the pictures. Thanks for our Harley Riders, Danny, Rose, Pat, Jeff, Ruth, Amanda and Brittany. Thanks to Josh for getting Herbert to wear his new shoes to the hospital. Thanks to all the people in Herbert’s very short life. To the mommies in the stores who let Herbert kiss their little babies, to the ladies he just had to hug. To the couple in a restaurant in Hudson a few years ago who let him hold your baby. He loved babies so. To the truckers who hit their air horn for him, he loved that. Thanks to Pastor Steve Hall for the beautiful service. To Frank Foley for his special care of our boy. To all the teachers who were good with Herbert, some were really special to him. To Mark Hier for not being just his worker, but his buddy. Thank God for giving us our special little boy, even though we did not have enough time with him. We love and miss him so much. I hope he is really in your care now and happy. We had him for such a sort time. He gave us all so much, with a big hug or just a soft touch on our face. It said, I love you. We love you all and thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Last of thanks to whoever took his Shreck toys from his flowers on his grave. God took him before we could go see his movie and then you took his toys. I hope you enjoy them.
