BREWER and CANTON Herschel E. Strout, 84, died April 22, 2007, in Canton, where he was currently residing. He was born Dec. 21, 1922, in Bradford, the son of Freemont and Marian (Noyes) Strout. He is survived by one brother, Reginald Strout of Brewer; two nieces, Diana Mosher of Bowdoinham and Pamela Grundvig of West Valley City, Utah; and one nephew, Clinton Strout of Murietta, Calif. Private burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, Brewer. Arrangements by Kiley Funeral Home, 69 State St., Brewer.
