BANGOR – Hugh F. Whitty Jr., 78, died Oct. 13, 2006, at his home. Services are tentatively planned for Monday and Tuesday, and a complete obituary with funeral arrangements will be published in Monday’s edition of the Bangor Daily News by Foley Funeral Service, 299 Union St., Bangor.
