ORONO – A memorial service celebrating the life of Irene (Severance) Hildreth, who died Feb. 28, 2008, will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, July 12, at Stillwater Federated Church, 335 Bennoch Road, Stillwater, with the Rev. Robert A. Noblett, D. Min. officiating. Dr. Noblett was Irene’s minister in Kalamazoo, Mich., for many years and their friendship continued after her move back to Maine. The family invites relatives and friends to join them on the lower level after the service to share conversation and refreshments.
