TOZIER WEST ENFIELD – Irene “Sylvia” (Paradis) Tozier died Feb. 13, 2007, at Penobscot Valley Hospital, Lincoln. She was born Dec. 27, 1929, at Eagle Lake, the daughter of Ovila and Mattie (Voisine) Paradis. She is survived by her children, Claudia Ricker of Bangor, Robin Theriault of West Enfield, Richard C. Tozier Jr. of Sedgwick, Lorilei Porter of Dixmont and Lynn Lindsey of West Enfield; by her sisters, Myrtle Speiss of Newburgh, Lillian Hall of Chelsea; and her brother, Paul Paradis of West Enfield. Irene also has several grandchildren, Billy, a very special granddaughter, whom she loved dearly, April who has spent several years taking care of “Gram,” Missie, Cory, L. Ricky, Veronica, Bianca, Alexis, Mattie, Chris, Emily and Cody; and five great-grandchildren. A special thanks to the staff at Cummings Healthcare for looking after mom so well while she was there. There will be no visiting hours. Memorial service and interment will be announced in the spring.
