HAMPDEN and FLEMINGTON, N.J. – J. Jackson passed away Oct. 29, 2005, in Flemington, N.J. He was born Nov. 30, 1973, to Wendell and Noreen (Lenfest) Jackson of Belfast. J.’s dad Wendell passed away in 1983. J. never stopped loving or missing his dad and now they are both together in God’s arms, where they are both free of pain. J. was living in Flemington, N.J. with the love of his life, Jessica, when he passed. J. was a well traveled person and made many friends along the way. From his favorite place, Daytona Beach to Hampden, he touched the hearts of many. He worked for James H. Drew Carnivals for a few years. He took great pride in his job as a setup and maintenance man, climbing to the top of the highest rides to make sure all was safe. J. was a computer wiz and his proficiency with programs and parts was amazing. He loved his guitars and played beautifully. J. loved many kinds of music and always wove it in and around his life. He also loved Ford Mustangs and was very knowledgeable of all the styles and models. J. enjoyed the water and especially fishing. As a young boy he spent many days at his uncle’s camp on Swan Lake, enjoying it all. His pet of choice, were turtles and his Slider “Gillie” still resides with his family. We love you now and forever J., you will never leave our hearts. We miss you. Surviving are his sons, Patrick and Joseph Jackson of Asheville, N.C.; his love and soul mate, Jessica Mannino, of New Jersey; his parents, Daniel and Noreen; and his brother, Jonathan Stover, all of Hampden; his sisters, Lynette Gauthier and her husband, Andy, of Hampden and Stacy McLaughlin and her husband, Jamie, of Baileyville; his uncle, Bruce Jackson and his wife, Aloma, of Belfast; three nephews, Adam Simpson and Michael McLaughlin of Baileyville and Nicholas Gauthier of Hampden; one niece, Samantha Gauthier of Hampden and nine cousins. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, at the Hampden-Gilpatrick Funeral Home, 45 Western Ave., Hampden. Interment in the spring of 2006 will be in Smart Cemetery, Belfast. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent for a trust fund to be established for his sons, care of Daniel and Noreen Stover, 64 Paper Mill Rd., Hampden, ME 04444.
