SUN CITY CENTER, Fla. – Norma Hebert Gerard on Saturday, Nov. 5, 2005, entered into eternal rest, at home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born Feb. 26, 1934, in Saint David, the daughter of Jerome and Delia Poisonier Hebert. She was a 1952 graduate of Madawaska High School and retired in 1994 from the judicial court system as a court clerk for 21 years. She and her husband moved to Sun City Center, Fla. later that year. She was a member of the Daughters of Isabella of Madawaska for 15 years and the Lion’s Club for 30 years. In addition, she was a member of the Prince of Peace Church Ladies Guild, the Apollo Beach Women’s Club, the Freedom Fairways “Gator Gals”, the Apollo Beach Golf Club Ladies League and a member of the “Red Hat Society.” She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, James; two daughters, Colette of Orlando, Fla. and Jocelyn and her husband, Alex Bowman, of Weston, Fla. along with two grandsons, Jesse and Benjamin Bowman of Portsmouth, R.I. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 11, at Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Sun City Center, Fla.
