HANCOCK – Jackie Lynn Fogg, 50, ended her journey with cancer July 2, 2008, at Maine Coast Memorial Hospital. She was born June 11, 1958, in Bar Harbor, the daughter of Leslie H. and Fredonna D. (Matthews) Johnston. Jackie inspired all who knew her with the “just peechy” outlook on life. When not working at Town and Country Realtors, she could be found on her beach at Flanders Pond and believed that “there were no bad days” at camp. She was a respected and well-known member of Ellsworth’s real estate community for more than 20 years. Jackie had a positive affect on everyone she met and will be deeply missed. She is survived by her husband, Bernard Fogg; father, Leslie Johnston; son, Rob Jancewicz Jr., all of Hancock; daughter, Jennifer Ratti and husband, Chris, of El Mirage, Ariz.; very special grandchildren, Kyle and Alyssa Ratti; sisters, Linda McGinnis of Ellsworth, Leslie Deane Johnston of Hancock; special aunt to Troy, Michelle, Katherine and Raelene; and uncle, Arthur Matthews. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 8, at Jordan-Fernald, 113 Franklin St., Ellsworth. A private interment for the family will be held at Riverside Cemetery, Hancock.
