ELLSWORTH – James B. Kemp Jr. died Nov. 30, 2006, at his residence in Ellsworth. He was born Feb. 21, 1915, in West Virginia, the son of James B. and Louise (Thomas) Kemp. He is survived by his son, James B. Kemp III of Ellsworth. Funeral services will be private. Arrangements by Jordan-Fernald, 113 Franklin St., Ellsworth.
