PERRY – James Kenneth Pottle, 71, beloved husband and father, passed away Jan. 29, 2005. He was born Feb. 26, 1933, in Eastport, and was a life-long resident of Perry. The son of Roy E. and Helen (Bogrette) Pottle, he dedicated his life to the management and care of the family farm and woodland, leaving a wonderful legacy for his family. He is survived by his wife and best friend, Sandra; three sons, Dean and his wife, Sue, of Carencro, La., Stephen and his wife, Renee, of Kennewick, Wash., Andrew of Perry, and daughter, Amy O’Neal and her husband, Darin, of Riverview, Fla.; six grandchildren, Adam, Trevor, Kallie, Mitchell, Seth, and Katherine; brother, Robert of Merrimack, N.H.; sister, Mary Helen and her husband, John McDonald, of Robbinston; many dedicated and loving nieces and nephews; and close family friends, including Debbie McDonald and family of Machias. A celebration of his life will be announced at a later date. Flagg Funeral Home, Eastport.
