JANICE DAWN GRANT COLUMBIA FALLS – Janice Dawn Grant, 52, went to be with her Lord May 12, 2004, at her home in Columbia Falls. She was born May 18, 1951, at Machias, the daughter of Leighton and Alice (Rockwell) Grant. She graduated from Narraguagus High School in 1969, and the University of Maine Machias in 1973 with a BS Degree in Education. She taught school in Cherryfield, and Addison. In addition to her parents, she is survived by one brother, Layton Drew and his wife, Janice, of Millinocket; and one sister, Gayle Brown of Verona Island and her companion, Bruce Worcester, of Prospect; three nieces, Jennifer Thibeau and her fianc?, Arnold Locke, of Steubenville, Ohio, Heather Grant of Auburn, and Celia Johnson and family of Prospect; two nephews, Jonathan Grant of Bangor, and Matthew Brown of Verona Island; one great-nephew, Gage Bulley of Millinocket. Janice gave many loving services to her family. Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, May 17, 2004, at the Mailey Hill Cemetery, Columbia Falls, with the Rev. Bernard Brown officiating. Arrangements are in care of Bragdon-Kelley-Campbell Funeral Home, Milbridge.
