BURLINGTON – Jason M. Dobson, 25, died Dec. 2, 2003, at a Calais hospital from injuries received in an automobile accident in Waite that same day. He was born Nov. 1, 1978, in Bangor, the son of Debra (Davis) and Charles Dobson, Jr. Jason graduated from Penobscot Valley High School in 1997, and later from Washington County Technical College in Calais. He enjoyed being a firefighter and had been a member of the South Berwick Fire Department. He liked hunting and fishing and was a very caring person, who would do anything for anyone. At the time of his death, he was employed by T. Raymond Forest Products. In addition to his parents of Burlington, he is survived by a brother, Matthew Dobson of Burlington; aunts and uncles, Don and Beverly Harding, Bob and Gloria Honnell, Bill and Donna Davis, Herbie and Patty LeBreton, Albert and Linda Higgins, Mike and Cindy Davis, Ora Davis, Robert Davis and John Davis; grandparents, Tom and Frances Frost and Helen Dobson; two very special friends, Benji Jipson and Jeff Tozier; his special dog, Max; as well as many cousins, great-aunts, great-uncles, and many special friends. He was predeceased by a brother, Benjamin; grandparents, Charles Dobson Sr., Priscilla Dobson, Ora Davis Sr., and Elaine Davis. Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at the Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Lowell Cemetery, with the Rev. Tom Bell officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Triangle Fire Department, Burlington. Donations may be left at the funeral home.
