ROWLEY, Mass. – Jeanette T. (Parker) Keays, 76, of Hammond Street, Rowley, Mass., died unexpectedly Thursday, at the Anna Jaques Hospital in Newburyport, Mass. She was the wife of the late John J. Keays, who died in 1999. Mrs. Keays was born Jan. 9, 1929, in Fort Fairfield, daughter of the late Lester B. and Madeline (Sirois) Parker. Mrs. Keays was a registered nurse, who worked at the Mercy Hospital in Portland, and also at the Pratt Diagnostic Lab in Boston, Mass. Mrs. Keays was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Rowley, Mass. Mrs. Keays is survived by two sons, John P. Keays of Rowley, Mass., and Jason M. Keays of Washington State; four daughters, Janith Bergeron of Barrington, N.H., Judith Ann Keays of Rowley, Mass., Jayne Theresa Riley of Lake Havasue City, Ariz.; and four grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother, Carroll E. Parker of Fort Fairfield; and a sister, Loretta Morgan of Elsegundo, Calif. A funeral Mass will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 5, at St. Mary’s Church, Main Street (Route 1A) Rowley, Mass. Visiting hours will precede the funeral on Saturday from 8:30-9:30 a.m. at the F.S. Roberts and Son Funeral Home, 14 Independent St., Rowley, Mass.
