PRESQUE ISLE and LIMESTONE – Jeannette L. Webb, 84, wife of the late Philip P. Webb, died unexpectedly Sunday, March 30, 2008, at her Presque Isle residence. She was born Aug. 12, 1923, in Limestone, the daughter of Wilfred A. and Genevieve M. (Martin) Robidoux. Jeannette was a graduate of Limestone school system, attended hairdressing and beauty school, and was married to Philip P. Webb at St. Louis Catholic Church, Limestone, Oct. 16, 1951. Jeannette had been employed by Exxon Corp. for more than 25 years and was a faithful communicant of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Presque Isle. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Webb was predeceased by her husband, Philip, Sept. 25, 1996; and two brothers, Bernard and Albert Robidoux. She is survived by one brother, Wilfred Robidoux Jr. of Caribou; several nieces and nephews. Friends may call 10-11 a.m. Thursday, April 3, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Main Street, Presque Isle, where a Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. with the Rev. Raymond Morency, celebrant. Spring interment will take place at St. Louis Catholic Cemetery, Limestone. A time of continued fellowship with refreshments will be held immediately after the funeral Mass at Knight’s of Columbus Hall, Chapman Street, Presque Isle. Arrangements are in the care of Giberson-Dorsey Funeral Home, 144 Main St., Fort Fairfield.
