LAMOINE – Jennetta D. Kosydar, 93, died April 26, 2007, at an Ellsworth hospital. She was born Oct. 12, 1913, in Patterson, N.J., the daughter of John and Lena (Yonkman) Huizing. Jennetta was a wise, caring and loving person. She was an avid reader and enjoyed her flower and vegetable gardens. Jennetta was a member of the Bound Brook Presbyterian Church and a former Den Mother for the Cub Scouts. She is survived by one son, Michael G. Kosydar and his wife, Nancy, of Columbus, S.C.; three daughters; Dorothy J. Mosenteen and special companion, George Carter, of Seal Cove, Shirley J. Bischel and husband, Rolland, of Woodlake, Calif., and Kathryn L. Olencki and husband, Stanley, of Lamoine; 10 grandchildren, Andrea Lee George, Mark Thomas Mosenteen, Brian and Brent Bischel, John Kosydar, Richard Stem, Danielle Galpin, Stanley Jr., Raymon and Dawn Olencki; 13 great-grand-children, one great-great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. Jennetta was predeceased by her husband of 23 years, Michael G. Kosydar. Friends are invited to call 4:30-6 p.m. Monday, April 30, at Jordan-Fernald, 1139 Main St., Mount Desert, with Pastor Richard Rockwell officiating. Interment will be at Bound Brook Cemetery, N.J., at a later date.
