AURORA – Jennifer Renee Perry, 31, died unexpectedly Dec. 31, 2004. She was born Feb. 6, 1973, in Bangor, the daughter of Jeannette (Caruso) Perry and the late Robert I. Perry. Jenn graduated from BHS Class of 1991 and attended the Roger Williams College of Performing Arts, in Rhode Island. She was currently employed at River City Dance as a dance instructor for children and young adults. Jenn had instructed many dance and exercise classes locally for a number of years. She was a very warm, caring and loving person. Jenn touched the hearts of the people she encountered. She was predeceased by her sister, Kathleen in 1999. Jenn is survived by her mother, Jeannette, of St. Cloud, Fla.; sisters, Jacqueline Speed of St. Cloud, Fla., Mary Perry-Dysart and her husband, Ed, of Hampden, Maureen Perry of Dedham; brothers, Raymond and his wife, Barbara, of Lamoine; and Richard of East Granby, Conn.; many nieces and nephews, including a very special niece, Amanda Dysart; aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. A gathering of remembrance will be held 4-7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 3, 2005, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, where a service of remembrance will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, with the Rev. Dr. Rex. H. Garrett Jr., director of Chaplaincy services at Eastern Maine Medical Center, officiating. Spring interment will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Bangor. The family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshments at the Brookings-Smith, Family Center, 163 Center St., Bangor, following the service. Gifts in memory of Jenn may be made to Maureen Perry, 39 Peaks Hill Rd., Dedham, ME 04429, for a Dance Scholarship for the benefit of a young dancer.
