BREWER and BANGOR – Jerry L. Hudson, 54, died May 30, 2006, at a Bangor hospital. He was born Dec. 29, 1951, in Atlanta, Ga., the son of Robert Reeves and Dollie Hudson. Jerry was very much loved by his family and will be greatly missed. Jerry is survived by his wife, Robin (Gerow) Hudson; two sons, Joshua and Christopher Hudson; a sister, Shirley Hudson of New York; a brother, Larry Hudson and wife, Sarah, of Atlanta, Ga.; and an aunt, Flora Hudson of Atlanta, Ga.; a sister-in-law, Renee Pye and husband, Jamie, of Bucksport; several nieces and nephews, and many friends. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by special grandparents, Willie and Dollie Reeves and Ida and Hommer Hudson. Friends are invited to visit with the family 6-8 p.m. Sunday, June 4, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, where funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Monday, June 5, with Chaplain Richard Dickinson, of the Maine Air National Guard, and with the Rev. Peter Sprague, of the Columbia Street Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, Brewer.
