BANGOR – Jennie Mae Wimmer, 87, wife of the late Edward Wimmer, died May 30, 2006, at a Bangor healthcare facility. She was born Nov. 23, 1918, in Bethlehem, Pa., the daughter of Earl Sr. and Elizabeth (Eros) Buss. Jennie was employed for many years at a textile factory. She was very supportive to her husband, Eddie, of many years, in his cabinet making business. She enjoyed quilting and produced many beautiful pieces over the years. We will all remember her wonderful cooking and spice of life she shared with us all. She is survived by one son, Richard and his wife, Carol Florey, of Glenburn; one daughter, Shirley and her husband, Hunter Frey, of Bethlehem, Pa.; nine grandchildren, Erig and wife, Mary Anne, of Pennsylvania, Amy and her husband, David Madore, of New Hampshire, Erin and her husband, Dr. David Benado, of Pennsylvania, Craig Florey of Veazie, Richard Florey Jr. of Bangor, Christopher Florey and his wife, Debbra, of Brewer, Matthew Florey of Bangor, Elizabeth and her husband, Joshua McCullen, of Hampden, and Melissa Florey of Bangor; seven great-grandchildren; a brother, Earl Jr. and his wife, Frances, of Nazareth, Pa.; and special sisters-in-law, Anne and her husband, Robert Nilsen, of Pennsylvania; along with sister-in-law, Jean and her husband, Harry Pascowicz, of Pennsylvania and Nellie Tarnok of Pennsylvania. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was predeceased by a son, Francis Florey; and a sister, Lois Buss. Interment will be in Hope Cemetery in Hecktown, Pa.
