HUDSON – Jo-Ann Lee Sylvia, 58, the wife of Robert “Bob” Sylvia Sr., died Dec. 6, 2004, at her residence. She was born July 8, 1946, in Lewiston, the daughter of Harry and Bertha (Bowker) Martin Jr. Jo-Ann was a good and faithful wife who was a Sunday School teacher and member of the Corinth United Methodist Church. She had been a former employee of the Bangor Savings Bank. Surviving in addition to her husband of Hudson; are a son, Robert Jr. of Hudson; a daughter, Barbara Anne Pehowic and her husband, Michael, of Somersworth, N.H.; three grandchildren, Kerry, Holly and Tommy; and three stepgrandchildren. Memorial services will be held 12 noon, Saturday, Dec. 11, 2004, at the Corinth United Methodist Church with Pastor Cindy Nickerson officiating. Cremation arrangements are by the Thompson Funeral Home, 17 Hudson Road, Corinth.
