NEW BRIGHTON, Minn. – It is with great sadness and sorrow that we inform the many friends we have made in the Bangor area of John D. Miller’s passing April 6, 2007, after a long battle with cancer, at age 44. John was the manager of the Pickering Square parking garage from 1989 to 1994. John left the garage when the contract ended with his company, National Garages and the City of Bangor. He returned home to Minnesota to pursue his love of computer programming and continue his education. He applied for a job with R.B.C. Dain Rauscher of Minneapolis, where he was employed until his death. He is survived by his loving daughter, Mary Miller; and his loving ex-wife, Michelle Miller; his partner, Dean Samuelson; parents, David and Dorothy Miller; brother, Tom Miller and his wife, Lori; sister, Diane Miller; three nieces and two nephews, all of St. Paul, Minn. In lieu of flowers, memorials and cards of remembrance may be sent to his daughter, Mary Miller, 1714 Flandrau St., Maplewood, MN 55109. Sincerely, Mary and Michelle Miller.
