BREWER – Funeral services for Joseph F. Kacer including military honors and a balloon release will be held 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 21, at Brookings-Smith, Clark-Piper Chapel, 55 South Main St., Brewer, with the Rev. Dr. George Curtis III, pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Brewer, officiating. The family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshments at the First United Methodist Church of Brewer, Fellowship Hall, 40 South Main St., after the services Monday.
