BANGOR – Joseph R. Hynes Jr., 59, passed away unexpectedly Feb. 13, 2007, surrounded by his family at a local hospital. He was born Feb. 7, 1948, in Bangor, the son of Patricia (Warren) Dyer and the late Joseph R. Hynes Sr. He graduated from East Corinth Academy in 1967. He was a glacier for 25 years, working at Gordan’s Glass Shop and later owning Hancock County Glass Shop. He was a wonderful, son, father, grandfather, uncle and friend to all those who knew him. He is survivied by his mother, Patricia (Warren) Dyer; stepfather, Philip Dyer; two daughters, Kelly L. Kinney and her husband, Richard and Jodi L. Hynes and their mother, Louise Hynes; grandson, Hunter J. Hynes; sister-in-law, Linda Shaw and her son, Christopher Shaw; special nephew, Martin Noyes; niece, Billie-Jo Seavey and husband, Christopher and daughter, Garrianna; his special friend, Becky. He was predeceased by a very special sister-in-law, Nancy L. Noyes; his special friend, Gunny; and his two dogs, Dutchess and Ashley. Funeral services will be at a later date.
