MILLINOCKET – Josephine Frances Kulesco, 85, passed away Friday, Feb. 25, 2005, at a local healthcare facility. She was born Sept. 3, 1919, in Millinocket, the daughter of John Francis and Bridget (Finn) McMahon. She graduated from Stearns High School, Class of 1937. Jo worked as ward clerk at Mercy Hospital in Portland and she also worked in surgical supply in Brockton, Mass. She was predeceased by husbands, George Worster and Stanley Kulesco; two sons, Daniel and John Albert; two sisters, Mary McLain and Lillian Townsend. Jo is survived by her grandson, David Albert of Biddeford; her granddaughter, Katherine Bulata of Michigan; a great-grandson, Robert Albert of Biddeford; a brother, Francis McMahon and his wife, Rita, of Millinocket; a sister, Mary Beatrice (McMahon) of Connecticut; two special nieces, Mary Jean McLain Yost of Hampden, and Dorothy McLain Carter of Scarborough; and a special friend, William Birt; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Friends may call 3-6 p.m. Monday, Feb. 28, 2005, at R.L. Bouchard Funeral Home, 11 Tamarack St., Millinocket. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 1, at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church.
