PORTLAND – Joyce Evelyn Davis went home to be with her Lord April 16, 2007. She was born Aug. 1, 1929, in Addison, to the late Charles and May Farnsworth. She later resided in Otter Creek with her late husband, Florentine Davis; and five children. She was predeceased by infant children, Denny and Brenda Flood; daughter, Brendeen Flood; and sister, Audrey Lewis. Survivors include three daughters, Marie Flood, Korel and husband, Philip Williams, of Portland, and Karen and Bill Chanda of Gorham; son, Kendall and wife, Salie Davis; grandchildren, Amber and Kendall Jr. of Otter Creek; four brothers, Charlie and wife, Lois, Wyman, Bobbie, and John and wife, Lois Farnsworth, of Addison; sisters, Darlene and husband, Douglas Dowling, of Harrington, and Dolly Jordan of Milbridge. She will be remembered by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and aunts; and two special friends, Cassie Gould and Beatrice Urquhart. A remembrance service will be held at a later date.
