HOULTON – Judy L. Russell, 55, died Jan. 16, 2007, with her family by her side in Houlton. She was born June 21, 1951, in Houlton, the daughter of Arthur and Annette (Hall) Sanford. In addition to her mother of Houlton, she is survived by her husband of 38 years, Gary Russell of Houlton; one daughter, Lisa Merritt and her husband, Elbridge; grandson, Cole, all residing in Sierra Vista, Ariz.; brothers and sisters, Dianne and her husband, Paul Everett, of Fort Fairfield, Karen and her husband, Melvin Morrison, of Dyer Brook, Larry Sanford of Smyrna, Wanda and her husband, Jim Martin, of Bangor, Gary Sanford and his wife, Dale, of New Limerick, Ricky Sanford and his wife, Tracy, of Hammond Plantation, Cindy and her husband, David Tarr, of Oakfield and Kevin Sanford and his wife, Tammy, of Hodgdon; mother-in-law, Nina Russell; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may call 1-2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 21, at New Limerick Freewill Baptist Church where funeral services will be held 2 p.m. with the Rev. David Tuttle officiating.
