BANGOR – Julia Segeda Volodkevich, born Feb. 12, 1922, in Wilkes Barre, Pa., passed away on Jan. 18, 2004. She will be sadly missed by her husband, Ossip Volodkevich of Bangor; two daughters, Sonia Segeda Berenyi of Frankfort, and Sharon Resnick of Plano, Texas; four grandchildren, Scott Berenyi of Seierville, Tenn., Frank Berenyi of Winterport, Garth Berenyi of Levant, Christopher Resnick of Plano, Texas; six great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Timeck of Pennsylvania; brother, Joseph Segeda and his wife, Liz Segeda, of Pennsylvania; and sister-in-law, Lena Segeda. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Saint George Greek Orthodox Church, with the Rev. Fr. Adam P. Metropoulos officiating. Spring interment will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery, Winterport. Arrangements by the Greenlawn Funeral Directors, Bangor.
