MADAWASKA – Julie Desjardins, 42, died May 26, 2008, at a Fort Kent hospital. She was born March 1, 1966, in Fort Kent, the daughter of Gerard and Juliette (Levesque) Desjardins. Julie is survived by her mother of Madawaska; two brothers, Paul Desjardins and his wife, Ginette, of Madawaska, and John Desjardins and his wife, Diane, of Reading, Pa.; one sister, Ann Michaud of Madawaska; three nephews, two nieces, several aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition to her maternal and paternal grandparents, Julie was predeceased by her father. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday at St. Thomas Church, Madawaska. There will be no public calling hours at the funeral home. Friends are invited to attend Julie’s funeral Mass at the church and interment at St. Thomas Cemetery, Madawaska.
