LINCOLN – June Trott, wife of the late Vinal Trott, died April 26, 2006, at a Lincoln healthcare facility. She was born April 16, 1914, in Danforth, the daughter of Chester and Myrtle (Moody) Byers. June had a great sense of humor. It was not uncommon for her to sit up all night laughing with family visiting for the holidays. She had many hobbies, enjoyed crafting and frequenting restaurants with friends, but her passion was bowling. She is survived by five daughters from her first husband, Lois Trial and friend, Walt, of Florida, Reta Michaud and husband, Gerry, of Connecticut, Rose Marie Brennan and husband, Fred, of New Hampshire, Pearl Hitchcock and husband, Earl, of Presque Isle, Kay Guerrette and husband, Phil, of Presque Isle; a daughter from her second husband, Cherry Nash and husband, Allan, of Lincoln; a brother, Chester Byers; 23 grandchildren, 27 great-grand-children, 24 great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and her parents, she was predeceased by a daughter at birth, Beatrice Pete; a brother, Lawrence Byers; and three sisters, Lois Murchison, Gayla Goodwin, and Lillian Brown. Graveside services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday at the Lincoln Cemetery, with the Rev. Dr. Bruce Young officiating.
