LINCOLN – Justin Mark Craig, 21, of Lincoln, Maine, was born April 17, 1983, in Millinocket. While sleeping, on Oct. 27, 2004, he went home to be with the Lord. Justin is survived by his Mom and Dad, Elaine and the Rev. Gerald Craig, also of Lincoln; and his brother, David M. Craig and his wife, Trisha, of Glenburn. Justin attended the Church of God in Lincoln Center from the time that he was born. He was a graduate of Mattanawcook Academy in Lincoln, Class of 2002, where he enjoyed sports. Justin loved to play baseball and did from the time that he was old enough to play T-ball. He did so well because of the many hours that he and his brother played wiffleball on the front lawn. He also attended one year at EMCC in business. Justin was a special son, and enjoyed 4-wheeling, hunting, fishing and picking berries. One of his favorite pastimes was writing and he spent a great deal of time putting down his thoughts on paper. Justin was a very sensitive person who could always find the best in people. He loved his family and friends and did what he could to lend anyone a helping hand. Those of us who are left behind will sadly miss him. That void in our hearts will hold a special place for our special boy. He is also survived by his great-grandmother, Hildred Grant of Lincoln; Grampie Hartley and Grammie Earlene Grant of Medway; Uncle Mike and Aunt Edie of Kingman, Uncle Bun and Aunt Cheryl of Mattawamkeag, Uncle Steve and Aunt Jan of Plainfield, Conn, Aunt Eva Lee of Mattawamkeag and Aunt Patsy and Uncle Scott Wing of Mattawamkeag. He is also survived by many special cousins that he always found a way to joke with. Every one of Justin’s friends were special to him, but Casey, Adam and Josh held a very special place. Our little ” Tidbit” kitten will miss how Justin would run around the house to play with him. We leave our special son to God’s care. Friends may call 3:30-5:30 and 7-9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 29, 2004, at the Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Rd., Lincoln. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Gerald Craig officiating. Interment will be in Mattawamkeag Cemetery. For an online register book please visit www.clayfuneralhome.com.
