WINTERPORT – A funeral service for Kathleen “Katy” Evelyn White will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, June 24, at the Hermon Baptist Church, 2496 Route 2, Hermon, with the Rev. Garnett Chute, pastor, officiating. The family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshment at the church after the service Saturday. A graveside service will be held 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Dexter. It is acceptable to wear pink, Katy’s favorite color, at the service, to join in the celebration of her life.
