ORRINGTON – Services for Kathleen M. “Billy” Washburn will be held 11 a.m. Friday, May 30, at Brookings-Smith, Clark-Piper Chapel, 55 South Main St., Brewer, with the Rev. Carl Schreiber, pastor of East Orrington Congregational Church, officiating. The family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshments after the service at Brookings-Smith Reception Rooms, 55 South Main St., Brewer. Private interment will be at Pine Hill Cemetery, Orrington.
