DIXMONT – Kenneth E. Wheeler, 50, passed away Oct. 27, 2004, at home with family. He was very kindhearted, soft spoken and enjoyed doing thoughtful things for his parents. He enjoyed camping and fishing with his children and nieces and nephews. He had a great sense of humor and loved practical jokes. He always enjoyed snowmobiling and he loved his Fords. He was full of courage and will be deeply missed by all. He was predeceased by his beloved grandmother, Blanche M. Parks. He is survived by his loving parents, Bernard and Barbara Wheeler; his wife, Kathy; four sons, Jerry, Randy and his wife, Georgie, Chris and his wife, Vanessa, Josh; a brother, Vernard and his wife, Holly; three sisters, Gloria Hurley and husband, Leroy of Delaware, Darlene of Bangor and Sara of Dixmont. He has nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins sharing in his loss. Also missing their Grampy will be Brandon, Jasmyne, Alexis, Blaine, Dylan and Carter. A grandchild arriving next spring will share loving memories of Grampy. Kenneth loved his grandchildren. A celebration of his life will be held noon Saturday, Oct. 30, 2004, at the East Dixmont Community Church, 34 Church Hill Road, for all who wish to attend, followed by a luncheon at the church.
