MILBRIDGE – Kenneth H. “Kenny” MacLean, 56, passed away unexpectedly Sept. 25, 2005, at his home. He was born Feb. 11, 1949, in Milbridge, the son of the late Donald and Mattie MacLean. Kenny worked on the ocean all of his life. He enjoyed ice fishing, hunting, and four-wheeling. His family was his whole life and he was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Ruby MacLean; three sons, Pearly MacLean and companion, Shayne Zarkowsky, Stephen MacLean and wife, Melinda, and Timothy MacLean and wife, Cheryl; seven grandchildren, Kristina McCaslin, Cylena MacLean, Kenneth MacLean, Kelsey MacLean, Kegan MacLean, April MacLean, and Alesha MacLean; five brothers; seven sisters; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers; three sisters; and one special nephew, Philip Norton. Upon his request, there will be a graveside service 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 30, 2005, at the Evergreen Cemetery in Milbridge, officiated by Pastor Dale Chasse. Following the service friends and family are invited to a gathering at the Down East Social Hall, Route 1, Steuben. Arrangements are under the care of Bragdon-Kelley-Campbell Funeral Home, Milbridge.
