KENNETH LEROY SUITTER STARKE, Fla. – Mr. Kenneth Leroy Suitter, 72, of Starke, Fla., died Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2003, at Shands at the University of Florida following a sudden illness. Born March 28, 1932, in Houlton, Mr. Suitter lived part time in Bradford County and Houlton. Mr. Suitter was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church, and the Teamster’s Union in Manchester, N.H. He was a retired truck driver from APA Transport. Mr. Suitter is survived by his wife, Joan A. Suitter of Bradford County, Fla. and Houlton; daughters, Judy Suitter Imhoff of Portland, Suzette Holms of Houlton; sons, Kenneth Suitter Jr. of Elk River, Minn., James Suitter of Charlotte Harbor, Fla.; step-daughter, Nancy Pearson of Starke, Fla.; step-son, Gary Wallace of Melrose, Fla.; sisters, Joanne Suitter Belyea of Bangor, Jeanette Suitter LeVasseur of Houlton, Connie Suitter Barriner of Houlton, Norma Suitter Swallow of Houlton; brother, Edwin G. Suitter of Zephyrhills, Fla., Marvin A. Suitter of Charlotte Harbor, Fla., Raymond E. Suitter of Salem, N.H., Darrell D. Suitter of Londonderry, N.H., Robert J. Suitter, Ronald C. Suitter, Bert E. Suitter, Ervin D. Suitter, Larry A. Suitter, all of Houlton, Glenn R. Suitter of Salem, N.H.; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his first wife, Shirley Roy Suitter. Memorial services for Mr. Suitter will be held at a later date in the Houlton Wesleyan Church with the Rev. Wayne Robinson conducting the service.
