LAMOINE – Kevin Dale Whitaker, 45, died unexpectedly Sept. 1, 2004, at his home. He was born Feb. 12, 1959, in Bangor, the son of Warren K. and Katherine K. (Kimball) Whitaker. Kevin worked for several years as an All State Insurance Agent in Florida prior to returning to Maine. He had been a member of the Lamoine Baptist Church. He is survived by his mother, Katherine (Kimball) Whitaker; brother, Daryl Whitaker and wife, Jean, of Trenton; three sisters, Vicki Buzzell and husband, Rick, of Westbrook, Wendi Meyer and husband, Chris, of Lamoine, and Sharon Billington and husband, Garry of Fredericton, N.B.; several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held 3 p.m. Friday, Sept. 3, 2004, at Forest Hill Cemetery, Lamoine with Kevin’s nephew, Pastor Chad Billington officiating.
