ORLAND – Killian Patrick McGaffick, 37-day-old, son of Kelley K. Barrett and Kevin J. McGaffick, passed away unexpectedly Feb. 3, 2007, in Bangor, after repeated and valiant efforts of the emergency room staff. He was born Dec. 28, 2006, in Blue Hill. Killian is loved and will be missed by his parents, Kelley and Kevin; his maternal grandparents, Nancy and Gerald Barrett, with whom he and his parents lived with in Orland; his paternal grandparents, Rebecca Cirka and Robert McGaffick of Pennsylvania; his uncle, Jayson Kleinschmidt of Michigan; his great-grand-mothers, Olive Moore of Pennsylvania and Barbara Floyd of New Jersey; many extended family members. A memorial service of remembrance will be held 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 19, at Mitchell-Tweedie Funeral Home, 28 Elm St., Bucksport, with Fr. Scott Mower officiating. Memorial donations may be sent care of Kevin and Kelley, 1127 Bald Mountain Road, Orland, ME 04472 to a charity of their choice.
