HOULTON – Inadvertently omitted from the previous obituary; her niece, Norma (Varney) Michaud and her husband, Dr. James Michaud, of Gardiner. They would like to thank Michael Carpenter for his many hours of unselfish assistance to Lala in the last year. On many occasions he would take “Ducky’s” prized parrot to the hospital for a visit. They would also like to give special thanks to Ducky’s caregivers Dot Beals, Doreen Bailey, Gail Duff and Cathy Parent who lovingly cared for her in the last year as though she was their mother.
